OSTX training

The Oregon Department of Education is sponsoring a series of hands-on workshops around the state to train administrators and data entry personnel on OSTX, the state's new student record access and transcript delivery system. OSTX provides an efficient and secure way for school districts to quickly gain access to student records, as well as send student transcripts to the Oregon University System. But it does much more – OSTX lets you see historical OAKS and ELPA data, no matter when the test was taken. You can also immediately see a summary of the student’s info – everything you need to place the student correctly.

Statewide workshops

Registration is now open for the 2.5-hour workshops. Who should attend? Registrars, counseling staff, data coordinators, office managers – basically anyone who enters or tracks student data. Do you have questions? Are you interested in hosting a workshop? Contact Joel Robe at 503-947-5709.
